These Terms of Use and Liability Waiver (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Always Adventure ATV mobile application, website, community features, GPS services, ride tracking tools, maps, social features, maintenance tools, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, downloading, or using Always Adventure ATV, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Always Adventure ATV.

The Services are intended for convenience and informational purposes only.

Always Adventure ATV is NOT an emergency service.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

OFF-ROAD RIDING IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS.

By using Always Adventure ATV, you acknowledge and agree that ATV, dirt bike, SXS, snowmobile, and off-road activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  serious injury

  permanent disability

  death

• 
  collisions

• 
  rollovers

• 
  mechanical failure

• 
  remote isolation

  wildlife encounters

  weather hazards

  terrain hazards

  mud, flooding, washouts

  getting stranded

  rider error

  poor visibility

• 
  signal loss

• 
  emergency delays

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with off-road activities and use of the Services.

You agree that use of Always Adventure ATV is at your own risk.

4. NO EMERGENCY SERVICES

Always Adventure ATV is NOT:

  emergency response

• 
  roadside assistance

• 
  towing service

• 
  rescue coordination

• 
  medical assistance

• 
  law enforcement dispatch

• 
  emergency communications infrastructure

Breakdown Help Disclaimer

Always Adventure ATV may offer rider-to-rider assistance tools (“Breakdown Help”).

You understand and agree that:

• 
  assistance is not guaranteed

• 
  nearby rider data may be inaccurate

• 
  riders may not respond

• 
  riders may cancel assistance

• 
  GPS accuracy may vary

• 
  response times are unpredictable

• 
  breakdown requests may fail to send

Always call 911 or local emergency services for emergencies.

Never rely on Always Adventure ATV for survival, emergency rescue, medical emergencies, or dangerous situations.

5. GPS, MAPS & LOCATION DISCLAIMER

GPS technology is imperfect.

You understand and agree that Always Adventure ATV does not guarantee:

We are not responsible for decisions made using user-generated information.

You use community information at your own risk.

9. MODERATION RIGHTS

We reserve the right to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to fully release, waive, and discharge Always Adventure ATV from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, demands, or legal actions arising from:

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Always Adventure ATV against claims resulting from:

  disputes with other users

15. ACCOUNTS & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

We reserve the right to remove access at our discretion.
